These terms govern the Bottega Nuda text-message program. By providing your mobile number on our sign-up form you agree to them.

What you are signing up for

Bottega Nuda sends recurring marketing text messages — launch news, product announcements and offers — to the number you provide, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Bottega Nuda does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further marketing texts.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.

Your information

Your number is used to send the messages described above and is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. We share it only with the providers needed to deliver these messages — our messaging platform and the mobile carriers — and only for that purpose.
